Cancellation Policy

xoNation uses an opt-in subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges at your selected interval (currently monthly, quarterly, or yearly). Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges. After cancellation, your account retains subscription benefits until the current billing period ends; once it expires, your account will be downgraded.

You are solely responsible for canceling through the same platform where you originally purchased the subscription. Cancellation must be completed prior to renewal to avoid charges for the next period. Refunds are not issued for unused time, partial months, or dissatisfaction with the Service, as described in Section 13 of the xoNation Terms of Service.

Note: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Cancellation Workflows

Canceling a Web-Based Subscription

If you purchased directly on the xoNation website (desktop or mobile browser), follow these steps:

  1. Tap/Click the Profile icon on your xoNation home screen and open the Subscription tab.
  2. Select Manage Subscription, scroll down, choose Cancel Subscription, and follow the prompts to confirm.

Note: If the Manage Subscription screen indicates you must cancel via an app, use the corresponding Google Play or Apple instructions below.

Canceling a Google Play Store Subscription

If you subscribed via Google Play on Android, you can cancel in either of two ways:

1) From the xoNation app

  1. Open the xoNation app.
  2. Tap the Profile icon → Subscription tab.
  3. Tap Manage SubscriptionCancel Subscription, then follow the prompts.

2) From your device (Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app (not the xoNation app).
  2. Confirm you’re signed in with the correct Google account.
  3. Tap your profile icon (top right).
  4. Go to Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions.
  5. Select your xoNation subscription.
  6. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Canceling an Apple App Store Subscription

1) From the xoNation app

  1. Open the xoNation app.
  2. Tap the Profile icon → Subscription tab.
  3. Tap Manage SubscriptionCancel Subscription, and confirm.

2) From your device (iOS Settings)

  1. Open your device’s Settings app (not the xoNation app).
  2. Tap your Apple ID name at the top.
  3. Select Subscriptions.
  4. Choose the xoNation subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Troubleshooting

  • Ensure you’re signed in to the correct iCloud (Apple) or Google Play account before managing your subscription.
  • You must cancel on the same platform where you started the subscription. If your xoNation subscription page instructs you to use a web browser or app, switch to that platform to update or cancel.
  • If you’ve canceled but still have access to paid features, your current billing period likely hasn’t ended yet.
