At this time, customers are not eligible for refunds based on buyer’s remorse, lack of use, or dissatisfaction. From time to time, xoNation.ai may, at its sole discretion, grant a partial or full refund. If you encounter an issue, please contact admin@xoNation.com
Downgrading your subscription plan can result in the loss of account content, features, or capacity, and xoNation.ai assumes no liability for such losses.
Currently, moving your account to the free tier does not remove any xoNations from your account and does not block one-to-one chats with any xoNations. However, paid capabilities—such as group chats, video creation, voice messages, and calls—will become read-only.
At this time, existing content (e.g., group chats, generated images or videos, generated voice messages) will not be removed solely due to a downgrade; however, xoNation.ai does not guarantee content preservation for downgraded accounts.
Except where expressly stated in our Terms, all payments are nonrefundable. xoNation.ai does not provide refunds for buyer’s remorse, lack of usage, or dissatisfaction.
Currently, xoNation.ai does not issue refunds or credits for partial months, plan downgrades, or unused time if you close your account before the end of your subscription term, or if your account is terminated.
