Complaints Policy

At xoNation, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful platform for everyone. We take complaints seriously and handle them promptly and fairly. This policy explains how to submit a complaint and outlines our resolution timelines.

Scope

This policy covers all complaints related to the xoNation.ai platform, including but not limited to:

  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Requests to remove content
  • Abusive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate material
  • Privacy concerns (including disclosure of personally identifiable information)

Content Removal Requests

xoNation.ai treats all removal requests as a priority, and our support team works continuously to review and remove content that violates our Terms of Service.

Your report remains confidential. When you report content, the poster will not see your name or any identifying information.

Please email us if you are affected by—or encounter—content that you know to constitute any of the following:

  • Non-consensual creation and/or distribution of your image (including, without limitation, revenge porn, blackmail, or exploitation)
  • Disclosure of personally identifiable information (e.g., name, address, phone number, IP address)
  • Content that violates our Terms of Service
  • Otherwise abusive and/or illegal content

If you believe content is inappropriate or violates our Terms of Service, submit a complaint by email.

Complete Content Removal

If you want to permanently remove all of your content from xoNation.ai, you must delete your account.

To delete your account:

  1. Go to your Account Settings.
  2. Select Delete your account.
  3. Confirm by entering the 6-digit verification code sent to your registered email.

Once deleted, all associated data—messages, media, and personal information—will be permanently and irreversibly removed and cannot be recovered.

Please note:

  • Deleting individual items or media does not erase your full account history.
  • Only full account deletion guarantees complete removal of your content.

How to Make a Complaint

  • Your account email (if applicable)
  • A clear description of the issue
  • URLs to the content in question (if applicable)
  • Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots)
  • Your preferred contact method for follow-up

Confidentiality

  • All complaints are handled with strict confidentiality. Your identity and any personal information you provide will not be shared with the subject of the complaint or third parties without your consent, except where required by law.


  • Complaint Resolution Timeline

    • We will acknowledge receipt within two business days.
    • We will conduct a thorough review aligned with our policies.
    • Our goal is to resolve complaints within seven business days of submission.
    • If we need more information, we may contact you to expedite the process.

    Resolution Outcomes

  • Depending on the complaint, outcomes may include:
    • Removing content that violates our policies
    • Issuing account warnings, restrictions, or suspensions
    • Taking other remedial actions as appropriate
    We will notify you once a decision is made. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a further review by replying to the resolution notice.

  • Abuse of the Complaint Process

  • To maintain efficiency and integrity, xoNation.ai prohibits misuse of the complaint process. Submitting false or misleading complaints may result in penalties, including suspension of platform access.
